I like Chicken And spread, but I ordered a 6 piece wings with fries, a biscuit and an unsweetened Arnold Palmer, in drive thru, got home with a three piece dark meat, okra, a roll and a sweet Arnold Palmer……at least there is lemonade in the drink

Chicken express used to be spot on. They have increased their prices recently and the last 3x I’ve gone, I’ve been shorted a side with the family meal. I usually order a lot of food but it’s not really worth it anymore. It takes longer for them to turn out the food and the quality has decreased.

Whoever was working the fryer tonight, Monday June 16th was great. I like my okra extra crispy where some would say it's burnt and it was perfect! Also has the chicken livers and a couple were not good. The tea is the best in town! I wish all other restaurants in Taylor would have the water filtration system Y'all have.
One of the best chicken e’s I’ve ever been to. The manager was hella nice, and the staff was speedy!!

Went in on my 30 minute break to get a somewhat big order only to sit there for all 30 minutes of my break and like 4 more minutes to get back to work just to be missing the sauces for my cheese sticks and a chicken piece in one of my meals. I understand you are busy but i though first come first serve was a thing? Guess not in this establishment
