Whoever was working the fryer tonight, Monday June 16th was great. I like my okra extra crispy where some would say it's burnt and it was perfect! Also has the chicken livers and a couple were not good. The tea is the best in town! I wish all other restaurants in Taylor would have the water filtration system Y'all have.

Went in on my 30 minute break to get a somewhat big order only to sit there for all 30 minutes of my break and like 4 more minutes to get back to work just to be missing the sauces for my cheese sticks and a chicken piece in one of my meals. I understand you are busy but i though first come first serve was a thing? Guess not in this establishment

The manager at this time at this day and the counter lady very races I'm Hispanic but they don't have to be like that if you don't do nothing I'm going to the top is not right man how races people is man is not right
I ordered 3 chicken legs and a biscuit. When I finally got home, the chicken legs are tiny, I have never even seen a chicken leg that small before, and charged me around $11. The biscuit was hard, small, and burnt. At least the staff were nice and very fast.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I placed an order totaling $60, and upon receiving my food, I discovered that the gravy was missing, and the food was cold. This was disappointing, especially given the amount spent. When I reached out to the manager for assistance, I was met with a lack of support and was informed that I would need to return the next day for the missing gravy and fries. Additionally, the manager would not replace the cold tenders, which I found unacceptable.
As a loyal customer, I expected a better resolution to this situation. I hope you can understand my disappointment and take steps to address this issue. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I have spent lots of money here and will not spend another $$
