This Taylor tx location always has fresh hot food! Fresh sweet tea everything is excellent!!! the customer service is awesome!!! always friendly, fast and professional this is my go to chicken express! I’ve been to round rock location and have had horrible experience!

Decent chicken. I’m usually eating the catfish. Fish can take a bit (10-15 minutes) to prepare but they warn about this when ordering and it makes for a much better product. Service is typically fast, friendly and accurate. My experience has varied pretty widely though across different locations.

Went in and ordered a combo meal. The combo meal with a drink was supposed to be $9.49 when they check me out it ended up being $11.99. The clerk could not explain to me why it added on the extra $2.50 to my ticket. My ticket says large mix which doesn't mean anything to me. What I ordered was a liver combo meal. $2.50 is not a big deal but at least you should be able to explain why it charged that amount when I all I asked for was the combo meal
