Placed an order online with all the details, nothing fancy. Just make the burger as advertised, Beltbuster= 2 patties and add cheese and sauce. Instead I get a single patty burger, no cheese, no sauce, but got charged for the extra stuff. I try to call shortly after getting home, 2 different numbers and no answer. This was at 9p an hour before closing time. I wanted to support the local DQ but can’t if the service is this bad.

Their tacos are the absolute best. My entire experience with this restaurant was amazing. The restaurant was really clean. My food was made quickly and delivered to my table hit, fresh, and delicious. They also The cleanest restroom that I have seen for a restaurant in a very long time.

I JUST left DQ here in Taylor. After going through the drive through, I still had to get off my car because my nachos looked horrible!! They had ONE big blob of cheese AND no jalapeños! I went in to order a Nacho Deluxe. Ok, those were a little better, but on my chicken strips kids meal, the gravy top was open IN my bag! I had gravy ALL over my fries and all over the inside of the bag. The fries super stale…wow…My goodness!! I try not to go to DQ on weekends because the employees there are nothing like the week day employees.

The burger was old and thrown together. My dog wouldn’t even eat it.
So I go order 2 Crispy Chicken baskets. I only live 5 minutes away from Dairy Queen. But they gave us hold chicken, fries ,gravy. Even the toast was cold. I love Dairy Queen, but after this . I rather drive all the way to Hutto just so that I can get hot food.
