I JUST left DQ here in Taylor. After going through the drive through, I still had to get off my car because my nachos looked horrible!! They had ONE big blob of cheese AND no jalapeños! I went in to order a Nacho Deluxe. Ok, those were a little better, but on my chicken strips kids meal, the gravy top was open IN my bag! I had gravy ALL over my fries and all over the inside of the bag. The fries super stale…wow…My goodness!! I try not to go to DQ on weekends because the employees there are nothing like the week day employees.

So I go order 2 Crispy Chicken baskets. I only live 5 minutes away from Dairy Queen. But they gave us hold chicken, fries ,gravy. Even the toast was cold. I love Dairy Queen, but after this . I rather drive all the way to Hutto just so that I can get hot food.

Old dry food ESPECIALLY the burger patties everything is microwaved including the veggies on the burger. Decided to give it a second chance since I’m from out of town wayyyyy worse old dry chili fries & stiff steak fingers seriously insane ?

Took over 30 minutes to get 2 blizzards. They were more concerned with the drive-thru than the dining room.
Worst service ever. Left debit card at home so decide to place a mobile order. The mobile order was for ice cream. Waited over 45 minutes to receive my order. Would not recommend making mobile orders.

I just came to the Taylor TX Dairy Queen and had the opportunity to interact with cashier Seth . 10-26-40 5:10 pm . This employee treated me and my family as well as coworkers with up most respect. I typically drive 38 minutes to a Dairy Queen location and Taylor is not typically the best . Cameron TX And Hutto TX are typically superior hands down. This employee made the Taylor location a special trip today . I hope as a company further advancement is made in his future. This could be the lead in future quality and growth as a franchise. I say this as a business man my self. As a company Dairy Queen should be proud!

The worst dairy queen ive ever seen or been to. The food is always cold, the drinks are always flat, i got a chicken tender for my daughter and its not even edible its just hard as a rock like its been sitting under a lamp for hours, absolutely atrocious every single time, do not go here.
