Awful service! the dude at the window had the worst attitude as well as the girl that took our order. Girl wasn’t at window so the dude took our order again at the window and said “ what was the order? I didn’t take it” then proceed to be rude. Rolled his eyes at us twice.
Under staffed, no initiative to help customers. And got all the orders wrong!
I would like to send a shout out to Jack In The Box night crew on Christmas day they had a parking lot full of cars for the drive-thru and they were taken on business inside front counter they got the job done with no complaints. Thanks for being open when most fast food restaurants were closed that night . 🙏🏾🎄

Waited in the drive through for an unreasonably long time. several minutes just sitting and never heard from anyone inside, not even a please hold. tried to drive through and just leave but couldn't because a car was at the window just sitting so we got stuck and had to back out to leave. When we backed out someone was walking out of the inside so clearly someone is inside and just ignoring the drive through.

I mean it's Jack in the box. What really can I say? They're little mini tacos stuffed style, I think that's what it's called, is really messy and I wasn't expecting that. But man it was so good. Apparently Jack in the box has this huge mozzarella stick in some of the late night boxes, but I haven't been able to find them yet. I'm interested in finding that like it's the holy Grail.

if i could give this place ZERO stars. i would. This location used to be great a year ago. But with this staff that’s here now it’s horrible. customer service, 0/10, food, COLD. management is not doing their job. Where was the male manager with the glasses? i asked an employee and they said that he left. why? the service was great back then but now it just sucks.

I’m a resident and this establishment is my go to 75% of the time so today my momma decided to buy us some jack and the first thing when we were ordering poor communication skills the dude at the window taking orders second mom paid with 100$ and the dude since they have no name tags he short changed her when my mother addressed the change he said OK! and hand her the rest like not even saying sorry or anything then he asked us to pull up to the other door to wait for our other half of our Order as we are waiting I’m looking through our order and there’s a hair in the burger I get off and address it calmly we exchanged the burger from the other half of my order and the the dude told RICHARD the cook hey there’s a hair on the burger Richard said OKAY WITH A GRUNT I’m waiting for the patatoe wedges and the burger and when Richard finished the burger he proceeded to say HERES THE BURGER WITH NO HAIR. Like RICHARD and the other dude at the window if you don’t like your job move along and let someone else take your jobs mind ya this is not the first time jack messes my order wrong I’ve purchased jalapeño wraps before and got no jalapeños in them
MANAGEMENT THIS IS FOR YOU PLEASE PUT AN A/C that’s probably why your staff is so mad AlSO have your staff clean and mop every time a customer exits the store MIND YA WE ARE PAYING SO MUCH FOR 1 item or a combo

I visited this jack in the box but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow; we had to wait far longer than reasonable to get our food. On top of that, there was a strong smell of marihuana coming from some of the employees , which I found unprofessional and unpleasant for a dining environment.
The burger itself was decent, but the service and atmosphere need serious improvement before I’d consider coming back.

Okay. I don’t get why all the negative reviews, this is my first time visiting. I’m autistic so maybe it’s a me thing and I don’t understand or I am too forgiving but it was quite pleasant here
Bryan and Chris deserve a raise for being so nice to me
I got a bad cut on my hand from glass and they were extremely nice over the phone and they were able to get me a bandage and the food itself isn’t bad whatsoever it’s pretty decent for the price honestly. For a burger place they actually have some pretty great chicken teriyaki.
The only really bad thing I can say is the online user interface was clunky and I couldn’t change my drink or add light ice or something.

Some of the tables weren't wiped down you could tell ppl had ate there. The windows were dirty, looks like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Sorry but wont
be going back to that Jack in the box.
