Was real happy with the food the 1st time, then back today and it seemed like you used store bought tortillas. I remember bragging to my wife how good the tortillas were when I got tacos there a week or 2 ago, but this time the breakfast tacos tasted like they were made by a white guy in his own home. Disappointed. You need to be consistent with your products, I don't want to try it again now. If you don't have good tortillas, you're better off not opening at all than serving mediocre food. I remember there being different salsas also, that orange Tabasco sauce is just spicy, not that good. I got store bought sauce in the fridge.

I have no criticism nor compliments. The breakfast burrito was heavy on egg, which puts it right into the neutral zone. I will not go out of my way to return, but I will be happy to give this food truck another chance if I happen to be nearby.
