We were only four customers in the restaurant (two couples), and it still took over 15 minutes to get our breakfast. The staff was extremely slow and disorganized. What’s worse, after all that waiting, they got our order wrong.
It’s clear that there was no manager present—or if there was, they weren’t doing their job. A good manager would never allow such poor service.
Overall, this was one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had. Slow service, lack of management, and mistakes in the order. Definitely disappointing.

Ordered through Uber Eats, didn't get the ketchup packets I asked for, fries had so much salt on them that the second the bag entered my apartment the amount of salt in my apartment almost literally doubled, I KNOW I asked for extra salt, but there's a difference between getting more salt and getting so much salt that if it had all been consumed you would be at risk of extreme swelling, headaches, blood pressure, etc.

I don't do McDonald's.! but my grandson insisted. the worst 30 minutes of my week. waiting in line 25 minutes only to hear an argument between the lady at the window with the lady cooking my grandson's hamburger... the service was really bad on the top of it I spent $12 for a hamburger and a drink.
