This is the second time I have gone to the McDonald's in Taylor to get McFlurry's and all they do is crumble up Oreos and stick on top of ice cream. I could've done that at home. I asked to speak with a manager some kid about 16 years old came the window said he was the store manager. I don't believe that at all And he's not gonna do anything about the problem and this has happened more than once.
I placed an app order to pick up in the drive-thru. After sitting there for over 10mins without any movement, I decided to park and go inside to pick up. Unfortunately, the handicap parking isn't next to the building? The lady at the counter didn't smile, great, or thank anyone. I had ordered three sausage mcmuffins and a hashbrown. On my way home, I ate my McMuffin and had started eating my hashbrown when I noticed a dark spot about halfway through. Since I was driving and couldn't see exactly what it was, I waited until I got home to cut out the spot ... which looked EXACTLY like a mouse dropping!!! It was the size of a piece of rice, black, and fried inside of it. Needless to say, I was disgusted and did not distribute the other Mcmuffins. I do not live in the town where I ordered, so I left a review with McDonald's since they didn't answer their phone. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I DID video me cutting it out of the hashbrown so there would be no excuses. I'll never go to this location again.

I have been to this McDonald’s twice, today and about a month ago. The first time I was served a hash brown that was very cold but because I was on my way to work, I didn’t bother with it now this morning I asked for two strawberry jellies I get a grape jelly not only that my order comes to 205 I give the girl 525. She gives me back Three dollars. Can someone not count? I really don’t think this is good for their business. Surely I’m not the only one that has ever experienced these kinds of things with this McDonald’s. Today it was a young African-American girl working in the window and about a month ago it was older African-American man working in the window.
