I ordered online as a take out but intended to eat in. When I told the female at the counter that, she said there's a trash can around the corner where you can put your trash after eating. She said it quietly and I repeated it to understand. I also ordered two dr peppers also and she didn't give them to me so I said I also ordered two dr peppers. She said you can get them over there, ( the cooler for the public, I guess). I had intended to give a cash tip but with that attitude I did not. I consider that extremely rude customer service. The good was good and the place was clean looking. No one else was in there at the time. Two door dash orders were picked up while I was there and she was pretty nice to them. I don't know why she was rude to me but I won't be back.

We walked in and were greeted with attitude and ugly face. The female working there had a horrible attitude. Was complaining because we had work boots on and that we were walking around making foot print marks. I felt very discriminated because the place was empty and you would think they want the business but instead she did every to make us leave. Definitely will not be going back to this location. Whoever is in charge needs to take action and do something about it because there’s so many negative reviews about this location

The general manger has an aditude dont know what she is doing no wonder they never have customers and dont recommend this location pizza was un cooked. Not even worth the wait on it . This location needs a better person to run this place sad of establishment. Smh

As soon as we walked in we got greeted with attitude and the girl working there looking at us all crazy. She complained because we walked in with work boots but weren't even dirty. We walked out and she was still being rude. Never going to this location again. Don't come here

Wish I can put zero stars at this point. I didn’t know when you call in there a call center that takes your order and they totally messed it up. The lady that answered the phone once transferred to this location was not helpful whatsoever and made me never to order anything from this Pizza Hut ever again.

I give it one star because of the poor service from one of its employees. I ordered 2 My Hut Boxes, 1 to take away and another to eat in the restaurant. I sat down to eat and the employee told me that I had to get up and that I couldn't eat in that place. It's a great lack of respect for the treatment of customers.
The manager just kept telling the employee that she was doing everything wrong. The manager girl with the blonde hair is just out right rude. No customer service skills here. This is at 7/21 at 1:30-2:00 pm.

Jesus the Taylor location is a joke. Don’t bother ordering online, if they’re “out of medium pizzas” they’ll just cancel your order and wait till you show up to let you know. If this was an isolated issue I could understand but between the hours of operation being a suggestion to the less than helpful “manager” and lack of helpful resolutions or my personal favorite being charged $7 delivery tip for a carry out order. Used to love Pizza Hut, it’s a shame. If you’re in Taylor Tx don’t bother with the headache that Pizza Hut here will give you, the food isn’t worth the experience.

Enough is enough. Place was great when I first moved here. No longer. Missing items on delivery orders are the rule rather than the exception. Automated phone system hangs up if you follow the prompts correctly, if you bypass the prompts, you spend forever on hold or get disconnected. Completely done with this place.
