I give it one star because of the poor service from one of its employees. I ordered 2 My Hut Boxes, 1 to take away and another to eat in the restaurant. I sat down to eat and the employee told me that I had to get up and that I couldn't eat in that place. It's a great lack of respect for the treatment of customers.

The manager just kept telling the employee that she was doing everything wrong. The manager girl with the blonde hair is just out right rude. No customer service skills here. This is at 7/21 at 1:30-2:00 pm.

Jesus the Taylor location is a joke. Don’t bother ordering online, if they’re “out of medium pizzas” they’ll just cancel your order and wait till you show up to let you know. If this was an isolated issue I could understand but between the hours of operation being a suggestion to the less than helpful “manager” and lack of helpful resolutions or my personal favorite being charged $7 delivery tip for a carry out order. Used to love Pizza Hut, it’s a shame. If you’re in Taylor Tx don’t bother with the headache that Pizza Hut here will give you, the food isn’t worth the experience.

Enough is enough. Place was great when I first moved here. No longer. Missing items on delivery orders are the rule rather than the exception. Automated phone system hangs up if you follow the prompts correctly, if you bypass the prompts, you spend forever on hold or get disconnected. Completely done with this place.

Terrible customer service, i ordered a pizza and some other stuff for delivery and it said it would arrive at 4:55 then 20 minutes past that time i got a new message saying it wouldnt arrive until 5:50, i was just gonna deal with it and wait for my food but when it finally got there i received the wrong pizza. I called to complain and everyone who answered kept transferring me it happened like 3 times then they hung up on me the last time i called they finally let me speak to the manager and she said she would send out a new one but i never received it. Then i tried to call again and no answer. I wont be ordering from here again.
Don't go here they are slower than the app the guy making pizza has dirty dreds and they wanna charge 350 for parmesan cheese and peppers to go on top

Placed an order for curbside pickup. I arrived at the time listed and called the store. The lady said they just put the pizza in the oven. So I waited 15 minutes and called again but no answer. I then walked inside and as soon as I walked inside she asked if I had the to go order and I said yes and then she handed me the pizza. Clearly she didn't want to walk outside so I waited and had to go inside on my curbside pickup

Trash management store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and said she didn’t care how she treated customers because she can refuse service to anyone. What a disgrace and no wonder their lot looks like a ghost town. They definitely need to look into changing management because if that’s who they continue to allow to be the leader they will end up closing doors sooner than later

I'm a reasonable person and I understand mistakes or accidents but I have a problem when I'm accused of lying about hair being in my food as well as being questioned on the amount of time I it took to notice it, then told to leave work to prove there is hair in it. THEN I was told if I brought it after I got off work that would be too late. I have no reason to put a hair in a $7 pizza and then try to scam someone to get my money back. The woman I spoke with was rude, inconsiderate, and very disrespectful. This was an unacceptable response to a guest complaint. I'm not writing this review for free food, it's the principle of being accused and called a lier. But no worries pizza hut I won't be back.

It is a disgrace for society to go to a place like Pizza Hut Taylor Texas, it's funny that this restaurant is always empty, but the truth is that the service is terrible, there is an American woman there who is always in a bad mood and her behavior is terrible, horrible, she discriminates against people, just because we sat down since we wanted to eat inside the restaurant but no one served us so we were waiting, she arrived whenever she felt like it, asked us if we were going to eat inside and told my children and I to leave because since she didn't invite us to sit down and we did without her giving us the order then we should leave the restaurant because she wasn't going to serve us. It was a horrible experience to see my children leave there all humiliated.
