Some of the best breakfast tacos that I’ve had in a long time! Tortillas are home made and delicious. I felt bad for showing up right before they closed for the day but they did not mind and were extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

We stopped by Rojas early Saturday morning after heading out of Austin to go on a road trip with my father. What a nice treat!
The tortillas were homemade and perfect… I preferred the flour bc it had the best balance of being pillowy with some nice toasty brown spots. The corn tortilla was tasty too! The menu is simple and you can combine any ingredients you want. Our breakfast tacos were delicious and the salsa was a great addition.
Cory provided excellent service and was so friendly. And she knew many customers by name. Can’t wait to visiting Rojas next time I’m in Taylor.

I was doing business with a local supplier and was starving, but wanted breakfast around 11am. They recommended I go to Rojas tacos. When I arrived, I decided to dine in and order the migas plate. The lady serving tables was so nice and cheerful. Food was delivered fast by a different, also very nice lady. The food was awesome! Filled me up and was a very reasonable price. Coffee was also good. Thank you so much!
