The girl with the anti eyebrow piercing had the WORST attitude. Just asking her to repeat herself because I’m hard of hearing she was rude. Don’t come here!

I showed up at 10:35am, sign says open but the doors are closed! Online the hours are 9am open but no one was in sight when I looked through the glass door. Very disappointed and missing lunch for the day now unfortunately.

Ordered 2 BLT Bacon Lettuce Tomato, ordered xtra tomatoes and xtra lettuce. First one had 4 tiny slices tomatoes all 4 wouldn’t touch on 6”! Lettuce had so little didn’t even cover cheese. Second slightly better Worst part calling for manager, said be back later then said was sick. Called next day no manager, asked get call back, 3 days later nothing. Won’t call won’t go back, order minimum 8 sandwiches month. It’s BLT ordered xtra let&tom and usually full at about 3-4 sandwich, ate 1.5 of 2 and wasn’t hungry but not full. 3 ingredients think would at least be normal amount to plus as only 3 items. Happed one before and just didn’t say anything, but just won’t order again Taylor subway needs new owner!!
I just had the best experience at the Taylor Subway. I haven’t been inside in a number of years due to negative experiences in the past. This crew has redeemed the Taylor Subway!

Ordered online. I cant speak for the weekday crew, but the staff on the weekend literally just don't care. Didnt get the order right (ordered 2 meal deals for pickup), forced one bag of chips inti the footlong bad so the chips wer all broken, didnt include the 2nd bag of chips and put the chocolate chip cookie on top of the toasted sub, so the chips melted. Both subs were wet and soggy.

I ordered online got accidentally the wrong store had to drive half hour 45 minutes away to pick up my food because there is no option to cancel on an online order even if you do it right away I got screwed. Sandwich was good but no cancellation option even if you make a mistake and realize it within five seconds of your purchase, there’s no cancellationterrible situation for a person who has three kids and has to drive almost an hour away to pick up the food totally my fault but no cancellation sucks.

Hi, went to SUBWAY®‘s order BLT2 sandwiches ask to be toasted lady did not toast neither one of them and then she said she did and was arguing with me I asked for a refund she said since I order online, I would have to get it online and then hung up the phone on me very Rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even put no lettuce in the sandwiches. Very rude her name is Crystal and she’s the manager.

Staff is great but if y'all think I'm spending 20$ on a sandwich combo you are stupid. And don't try and blame inflation it's a sandwich. Even with overhead that's dumb. Raising prices to account for poor business choices and declining profits is a great way to ensure no profits and a failed business. This location doesn't even participate in the online promotions because of the price gouging. I'll take the trip the block up the street to HEB and do it myself.

Was instantly greeted as I walked in! The workers were kind and efficient and made my sandwich wonderfully. Was a-little more expensive than I remembered, but that is the locations fault. All around a 4/5 experience, nothing revolutionary, but good for a roadtrip stop!

I’ve come here twice hungry from a long day. Both times there were multiple items not available. lettuce, bacon, American Cheese, sweet or unsweet tea, lemonade, and another drink all out of stock. The food was okay, but hearing the workers complain it happens often and about being short staffed. It made me want to leave.
Dietary restrictions: The options are great, subway should continue looking for more ways for healthy meals.
