I always get consistent dessert, but the service is hit and miss. Tonight I got a lady that said "Is that all" rush after two things I ordered both times and just told me my total after the 3rd item even though I tried to explain before that I was still trying to order. I wasn't done, but im an anxious person so I just didn't push to get one last thing. I would like for management to know since that's definitely bad for business.

Tash which stated that she was one of the managers seemed to have a bad attitude…. She was told that what she made for us the first time was incorrect …. She proceed to give us the correct order but charged us for both the correct order and incorrect order.. Her attitude was very unprofessional . Not sure why she lied about the fact she refunded the incorrect order when indeed she did not. When asked a question about the order she refused to say anything…. Poor customer service at its finest…

I asked the lady in the drive through if you could make a boot daddy with chocolate chip cookies instead of the dough. Online it's called a jackhammer, and she said yes. I didn't think to check it because I asked for lids. I live 20 minutes away, it's on me for not checking it but I got it with cookie dough instead of the cookie. Don't tell me you can do something then disregard it and do the exact opposite.

Took my Mother and her friend for ice cream.. the place was Not busy… Stood at the window for a few minutes.. the workers were talking amongst themselves,, saw me but never acknowledged my presence.. we drove off..
Today I was made the worst ooey gooey and Oreo concrete EVER. I basically received vanilla custard with a dash of caramel, nuts, and Heath bar. The employee did not care and said that’s how it’s supposed to look. This ice cream too high to be inconsistent. The manager was no help. Eating it was so disappointing. One thing customers appreciate is consistency and good customer service. I’ve added a photo of what I received and what is advertised. BIG DIFFERENCE. My daughter ate her Oreo concrete so I was unable to post a pic but it was so blended up that there was no Oreo chunks. I had to purchase extra Oreos. The manager on duty said that’s how it’s should look. I also posted a pic of the Oreo concrete advertised. I see Oreo chunks. Not over blended. I deserve a refund.

We went there today. We have one in Tyler that we go to as well But, I have to give these 2 young ladies KUDOS TO THE SERVICE YOU GAVE!!! They were steady and got everyone's order done in timely manner!!! They rock and the management needs to let them.
