Though the store was visibly clean and everyone was doing their job the cashier was rude the whole time and it's policy if the customer isn't satisfied with the food, I got a pretzel that was over cooked and was crumbling apart. I whent and got a replacement and it was dripping in grease, when I tore off a piece and took a bite my mouth had more oil then pretzel.

I got a lemonade from them and it tasted like cleaning solution!!! I've tried to call multiple times no answer so I went up there and they did nothing. I'm suing!!

Pitiful service, ordered Pretzel dogs and was told 5 to 6 minutes, that's time came , was told 5 to 6 minutes again. After 25 minutes of waiting. I finally ask if almost done. Was told 5 to 6 minutes again. Got my money back. Oh and they weren't busy.

Seems to be understaffed but cinnamon sugar pretzel was good. My friends had to wait like 20 minutes for his pretzel though.

The staff here are lazy, plain and simple. I frequently order pickup and have never had an order made correctly at this location. Always wrong, always cold. Would rate zero if I could.

Good pretzels if you ask for one to be made fresh and they do what you ask. Sometimes they won't. They just refuse and say,"These aren't that old." I didn't want to be fussy so I went ahead and bought one for my daughter. It was so hard she couldn't eat it. And the young lady who waited on us said when I ordered a drink,"Do you want anything else before I walk away from here?" As if those 4 feet were so inconvenient she couldn't be bothered. She also had a young man hanging around the counter. Very unprofessional behavior and bad food

The child that works here in the mall is disrespectful as hell, not very smart and needs to learn how to talk to adults... she also needs to learn how to shut her mouth and listen to people when they order so she doesn't mess the order up repeatedly....
