I called to ask about the pretzel dogs bc we love them and the lady that answered was very rude. I hate to say that but it really bothered me.

Most of the time their pretzels are fantastic. We have had a couple issues where when we got home the pretzel bites under the ones on the top were burnt. One time they gave us free pretzels with proof via pictures, the other time only a small discount. (%15 I believe, was not very happy about that) The attached photos are whats left after earing JUST the middles of the bites the last time this happened.

I ordered a personal pizza and I went to pick it up on the time it told me. I was on my lunch break so I didn’t have time to spare. She never made my pizza and asked me if I could wait another 5-10 mins. I said no if I could get a refund. She gave me back 5.54. And i realized I was charged 6.00 even. The lady told me I was wrong but I showed her the statement. And she gave me back the wrong amount in change. I tried handing back the coins but she just payed me a dollar in quarters. Turns out. She was 4c short. I wouldn’t have made it into a big deal if it wasn’t for the fact that I was on lunch. Thanks aunties Ann’s for hiring someone who’s not professional!!!

The flavors and freshness of the food was delicious but it took a long time just to make a small cheese pizza. Twice as long as normal. The cashier was nice at first. But when I got my pizza from her, it looked like she had flipped it over and shook it. The cheese and sauce was all over the inside of the box. I will definitely try Auntie Anne's again somewhere else since this was my first time at any of these establishments.

The worst experience I’ve experienced in a while at an establishment. The wo(men) were very rude they didn’t even come to the counter when I walked up I had to asked them if I could order. With everything that’s going on in the world today you would think that they would be a little kinder but then again if it isn’t in them it never will be. I will not be patronizing this establishment again. Need new staff.
