I've been going to this place M-F every morning for months now on the way to taking my baby to preschool. I get one single thing every time, which is a mocha iced coffee. I've received vanilla a few times by mistake, and it was rectified. Well, yesterday morning, I went to get my iced coffee and realized once I was close to home that I got vanilla. I called and spoke to the manager who was very nice about it and offered a replacement. I went back this morning to get it, and I was met with some attitude, and by the time I got up to the window, it was quite obvious I was being talked about by two employees. Then one of them tells me she was asked to have me taste it to make sure it's fine before I drive off. Mind you, there was nothing wrong with the ice coffee I received yesterday other than that it was entirely the wrong flavor from what I ordered. I'm not at fault for buying one thing and receiving another, so this was quite tacky. I've spent a lot of money at this location, but I won't be back.

This is the cleanest restaurant in Texarkana. The service is quick and friendly. And the girl Diana should get a raise or be promoted into management. She doesn't stop working. Y'all have a diamond of a worker. Be a shame to lose her to another restaurant

$2.99 for a large drink packed with a ton of ice. After it was empty, I tried pouring in a 12 oz can of coke. It wouldn’t even take the full 12 ounces! That means we paid $3 for less than one can of coke. Ridiculous!

The worst’s place people that work there is very rude unprofessional and they send you to the parking lot to wait for a long time very bad experience
Cannot recommend this location. Location is ok being right off the highway, clean (probably the best aspect of the location), and the menu is a typical fast food menu. Issues - the service was lacking bc the employees spent too much time talking to one another. When we walked and approached the counter, it was like we were an inconvenience instead of an opportunity to provide good service. Example of employees focused on their stuff vs. customer: while we were there, the lady at the front was more concerned about the fries she was going to when she got off work (wanted to make sure they were cooked right) than the thrown together burger I got missing items or the chicken wrap I got that was half made. Everyone has an off day, but there were at least four workers if not five that could have made this a win...but this was not the case. 1 star at best. Fixable - absolutely, but they were too busy to worry about customers.

Myself and a few others visited this place many times.
Basically for review purposes and also eating the food to better our reviews.
We have all gotten sick eating the whoppers and chicken sandwiches. from this location In Texarkana tx. At 2626 Richmond Rd.
The meat looked nothing like it’s supposed to in the whoppers. It was more like a paste grayish color. And not the brown cooked color you see in the pictures. We believe the meat is not being cooked all the way. OR these were very old. Cooked by reheating or microwaved. The chicken seemed to also have not been cooked or had something wrong with it. The chicken was a watery sludge type. Almost but not yet paste.
This was found in the same day or next day we did a review for a double whopper with cheese. Fries seemed ok. At the time we were not able to try the onion rings. We were told they were out of onions but found plenty on our whopper meals. People kept calling me ma’am. Not properly addressing me correctly. This locations prices are on the high side. And we would not recommend ordering from here until the food is cooked all the way and the prices go back to normal.
We will be submitting our other finds from this location to corporate. So they too can know what was found.
Reviews will continue so we can see if things get better over time. For now we have other stops and reviews to make for other places.

Like many others have posted, we were told to pull up after paying at the drive thru even though no one was behind us. The fish sandwich and fries were hot and freshly cooked but both burgers were cold. The Whopper Jr. is now the size of a sausage biscuit. I wonder how small the kids burgers are now because I remember them being larger than the Whopper Jr I was given. This place will leave you hungry so think twice about eating here. I would skip Burger King altogether and find somewhere you can get better value for your money.
When the only two add-ons to a Whopper are bacon and cheese, and you leave off the cheese, what's the excuse? If you like wrong orders, then this is the place for you.
