I have never been able to use the drive through without being told to pull up and park. A simple order of a Whopper, pull up and wait 10 minutes. Seems like they care more about their drive through time than anything else. When told to pull up there were people outside having a fight and screaming at each other. Told them that I didn’t feel comfortable pulling up closer to that and was given attitude about it. Not the customer service I would expect out of this company. You Rule, as long as you pull up and get off my drive through time.

We were just passing through and decided to get some BK. The staff was super friendly and the restaurant and bathrooms clean. The nice lady at the register made my daughter's day with the crown she gave her. This was around 1pm on 12/26/23.

Well starting off was great I ordered my food and got 2 BBQ bacon cheese whopper jr's. My coworker got a #9 meat and bread only. Well when I took a bite from the first burger, and the first thing I tasted was mayo and ketchup it wasn't even made correctly! I checked the second one same thing mayo and ketchup! So I went and asked yall to fix the mistake and the solution you decided on was to "just add BBQ sauce?" and not even attempt to remake the burger knowing you made it incorrectly! I am a business man and I like my food made correctly when I order it. Please fix this issue. I was hungry enough I ate those burgers because I don't like to waste food, but next time (if there is one) don't make an incorrect burger and not try and fix it.

Had a very disappointing experience with this location. I ordered the mushroom/swiss burger. I asked for lettuce and pickles. Not only did they not make my order correctly. One bun wasn’t even toasted and the cheese was cold. I’m not going back to that store anymore.

I have an allergy to cheese, and ordered a whopper jr… doesn’t even come with cheese unless asked for. I didn’t ask for cheese, obviously & the first burger was made with it. I went back inside to get it fixed and after having it taken back and the cook specifically asking me what I wanted on it, it still was made wrong. I left thinking how could it be wrong, got to work and was ready to eat, being 11 weeks pregnant & AGAIN, it had cheese.Very disappointed, money wasted.
