Oh my stars! We're traveling and stopped here for lunch.Fresh baked bread basket, divine bruschetta with marinara sauce, and the 16" Chappos Special (Supreme toppings) were so very good.I was full before we got the pizza.I 100% recommend Chappos.

The smell inside is bad, the restroom is gross, table didn't feel clean, my daughter had to ask for another cup because there was dried food hanging off the 1st one they brought her. The pizza is extremely salty.
The food was delicious, I had the angel hair pasta with Alfredo, my husband had daily special, shrimp ravioli.Excellent service by a very pleasant young man. We're just traveling through, and am glad I found this restaurant. It's where the local go. When I travel this way again I'll definitely stop here.Vegetarian options: Mine had no meatKid-friendliness: I didn't bring any kids,but it's casual enough for young ones.

This food was definitely frozen and reheated. The staff never checked on us and our drinks were flat. Our noodles tasted triple boiled and the sauce was bland. The bread was hard. I will never come back. This was terrible.

Worst experience ever. You walk thur the door and all you can smell is sewer gas, once we sat down we could hear a slight chewing noise. Turns out they have mice that live in there seats. I was very disappointed. Not only in service but the fact that our food was under cooked and raw. Don't sit in the booths they sound like mice are living in them

I got the tour of Italy. I was honestly disappointed. The Alfredo was bland, and watery. The lasagna and flavor of the sauce on it was good, but the chicken was absolutely inedible. It was over cooked, dry and stringy. I had to throw it away.
