I made an online order, to come pick up my food. A lady walked up and asked me what I needed, I told her I had an online order. She asked my first name which I gave her, then she asked my last name, which I gave her. She then asked with an attitude is it for me, I said yes. She then said is it door dash, and I said no. She rolled her eyes, snatched the bag off the shelf and gave it to me. If you don't believe me look at the cameras 8-11-25 2:37pm. I just paid $33 with a tip to pick up a burrito and a bowl, and got disrespected. This may be the only Chipotle in this area, but it isn't the only Chipotle. As long as I'm in this area I will NEVER give this Chipotle my money let alone tipping them for horrible service. I will definitely vote with my dollar on this one. Chipotle is something I like, not need.

I ordered three Chipotle bowls for my family during our drive from Tennessee to Texas, including for small children — and the experience was extremely disappointing. The brown rice was completely undercooked and inedible. With every spoonful, I had to spit out hard, uncooked grains. It was a regrettable purchase and a frustrating experience, especially while traveling with kids. Thankfully, no one got sick, but the poor food quality was unacceptable. I expected much better from a brand like Chipotle.

Definitely recommend. 10/10 right.. I just hate I didn't really get what I ordered because I ordered on Uber eats. But it was okay for what it was. So I could tell if I got what I wanted it would have been delicious. This was like my first time ever eating here. The first time I didn't know how to put a bowl together so it had potential. A year later I ordered online and still still don't get the perfect bowl. lol. But that's my little story. I definitely have to try again and again until I make my perfect bowl! Everything have a blessed day!

I have ordered from here on 3 different occasions and paid for double meat and they didn’t even put the amount for a single portion. This seems to be a regular thing at this location.. terrible service….

Went there today to do a pickup order. First employee in the line said they were out of cooked chicken and were cooking more. There was probably 10 - 12 employees there, so I don't see how one doesn't tell the cook they are low on chicken. OK, I can get a different meat. Told them barbacoa, but she put carnitas in my bowl. I had to correct her. Then when I was checking out I had to wait 10 min for them to figure out why they messed up the register. AFTER that I went to get some tea, yet there were no tea containers out. When I asked an employee about the tea she just shrugged her shoulders. EVERY employee acted as if they didn't want to be at work, were very rude and couldn't care less about the customer. Also, the restaurant was filthy. Food and trash all over the floor and nobody making an attempt to clean it up. Store wasn't even that busy. Chipotle has gone down hill in a major way.

Food was ok. Definitely not fresh the guacamole was brown. Way too many employees standing around for the restaurant to look the way it does really filthy in the dining room. employees look like they’re mad at each other instead of working they were Talking about the customers. 9 workers and the smallest person in red glasses was the best employee she had a smile and kept the line going.

Overall it wasn't bad, the chips were kind of greasy and they were a bit stingy with the portions on the rice for the two bowls we got. The woman working the counter wasn't the friendliest but maybe it was just an off day.
