Arrived with our birthday party after 6:30.pm. ordered food and drinks. Started having fun with 5 yo birthday boy. Staff informed us they were closing in 30 minutes due to lack of staff. We saw at least 4 employees, maybe 5. There were 2 other customers groups observed.
The chick with short hair who works there always has a foul attitude. She’s rude and acts like she hates her life, makes the experience not as enjoyable as it should be. It’s Chuck E. Cheese for goodness sake- if you’re unhappy there, gain some better skills and go work elsewhere. Maybe somewhere where you aren’t the face of the business.

We took the grands who were just in from out of town and locally here today. Has been some time since we visited and the changes have been really great. They had a blast and we the same just watching them.
Great place for families to bring their young children to play games, win prizes, eat pizza and wings, have birthday parties, and dance with ChuckeCheese.

I haven't been here since i was a kid! The revamp on the machines and the ticket system was something to get used to!For what me and my siblings we're doing, it was a little on the mid to high side on price but was a pleasant experience nonetheless.The only things that ticked some stars off is the quality of the pizza and pricing system they set up. Other than that, no bad blood to the place and highly recommend flying by on your visit in TXK!
My 5 kids are all in their 20's & 30's. I went to Chucky Cheese in Texarkana with my 2 year old grandson. I was dreading it having taken my kids there many times years ago. The animatronics rarely worked & the games were always broken, out of tickets or would take your tokens but not let you play. We were always waiting for an attendant. Just frustrating. I was SO happy to find out they did away with the animatronics & every single game or ride worked perfectly. The food was good too. We had a pepperoni pizza, some drinks & played a lot of games & rode every car ride. My grandson had a blast, & we did too. I was worried there would not be much for a 2 year old but there was. I LOVE the new loading card system to avoid the ticket issues. Brilliant. I loved the machine to check your balance for tickets as well as points. It helped me to see what everything cost. We were there for 3 hours of food & fun for the 3 of us for 40.00. I highly recommend Ice Man. Great game for a 2 year old. I do wish they would bring the irritating teenybopper music down a bit as even watching the screen was cringeworthy, but I realize it is not for me. I am surprised as anyone to say we are definitely going back to Chucky Cheese. It was a very fun night. The crew there on Wednesday Aug 23rd 2023 were so helpful & attentive. Great time was had by all 3 of us. I can not wait to come back & bring our grandsons parents. Thank you to the wonderful staff who was so diligently cleaning games & helping customers. & Thank you to whomever cooked our lovely pizza. It was also good. The soda machine was so clean it sparkled. See you again soon. Thanks again for a great night!Parking: Plenty of spaces. We went during dinner hour right at 6:20pm & got a space right out front.Kid-friendliness: There was some great rides as well as games even for our 2 year old grandson. That was awesome. He had an amazing time.
