Long wait.... if I could give them no stars I would. I went here 2 weeks ago, waited at the intercom for them to tell me it would be a second, finally another lady said to pull around, only for the manager to.look at me crazy and an employee to walk to the window and tell me they sold out of chicken for the night. Now mind you it was 9:08 when I pulled, it was 9:17 when I pulled off. It wasn't the fact that they claimed to have sold out of chicken, while I saw they bags lined up on the counter. They could've had the decency to tell me they were out of chicken before I sat there wasting my time for almost ten minutes before they decided they didn't wanna work no more.

Sense I was a child still my favorite chicken restaurant.
I'm very unhappy with my order..I went through the drive thru and purchased a family meal that came to the total of 25.36.My okra was old..chicken wasn't fresh.. macaroni and cheese was partially decent..I called 4 times to tell them I needed my order corrected or just give me my money back but there was no answer and they were still open talking about bad customer service I will get this issue resolved tomorrow I just want my money back

My family and I were the only one's there for a good 10 or 15 minutes after we ordered our food. We didn't get our food until almost an hour later. The people that came after us got there food first. No we did not have a big order. That's the disturbing part. Regardless if the food was hot. We clearly were overlooked and not taken care of in a timely fashion.
