Gotta love pizza but Cici's isn't what it use to be. Every time we go they have very little variety and are behind on cooking more pizzas. The salad bar is always lacking

Went to CiCi's today for the first time in years. The last time I went and took my granddaughter it cost me about 35.00. Total bull. It eventually closed down(not surprised in the least). I wasn't in a rush to go back when the reopened, but I have to say I was impressed. Buffet stayed full the whole time we we there and it got super busy with the lunch rush. The employees were all wonderful! Everything was good, and yes I will go back! Thank you to whoever reopened it. Keep up the great work!

On Monday March 17, 2025;  I treated my wife, 2 children, and I to your buffet at the Texarkana, TX location where we enjoyed the all you can eat buffet with ice water. I included what we drank because I saw things floating in the water at time of consumption but didn’t think anything of it at the time. On March 18, 2025 I woke up in the middle of the night to cold sweats, vomiting and diarrhea. I constantly vomited and had continuous episodes of diarrhea throughout the remainder of the night. Every episode of vomiting smelled of pizza and stomach acid, and light red in color. My children and wife also suffered from loose stools. I was very weak and nauseated. The vomiting and diarrhea finally subsided around 12:00 noon. At 12:12pm, I then contacted the Texarkana store and spoke with employee Andre Martinez;  who identified himself as the morning manager. I expressed to him my complaint and suffering. He stated that the dough may have been left over from the morning before and used instead of being thrown away and that this is usually what happens when people get sick. I then asked him for his General Manager’s number; Mr. Martinez then placed me on hold. When he resumed our call, he stated that he contacted the general manager himself. He stated that the general Manager’s name is Tolea Hernandez and she is not at the store at the moment and then said all their dough is made fresh daily as if he did not inform me that dough was used from the day before. I then reminded Mr. Martinez that he previously told me that the had just informed me that the dough was used from the day before and he again reiterated dough is made fresh daily as if he was reading from a script. I asked for the general manager’s number so that I could converse with her myself and he refused. I ask him several times for the general manager’s number or even the district manager’s, I even explained to Mr. Martinez that he has an obligation to do so; yet he still refused. I even asked for a corporate contact and Mr. Martinez still refused then proceeded to hang the phone up in my face while I was still talking. This is an unacceptable behavior, not only is my family suffering intestinally from dining at your establishment, now I am being lied to and disrespected. It is now 3/23/2025 and my issue has yet to be addressed, even after to talking with someone over the phone who said they would handle the matter. Im starting to believe the owner’s response is just a blanketed reply to subdue my concerns and make it appear as they are handling this issue, when it most definitely is not. I have yet to receive any real updates or correspondence.

Do not mistake this place for an all-you-can-eat buffet. It's more like eat-what-you-can-get free for all. Come in early at lunch and start pilfering and stacking plates of food for supper. Apparently its ok to stack plates all over a single table full of food with one bite from each piece of pizza be damned the rest of paying customers waiting. If you want Ranch, you're screwed.

Need more pizza choices on the buffet. You can request some, though.

Hardly any food out, what was out was old, what did come out fresh was thrown together. Salad bar was gross, and the Alfredo sauce looked days old. Noodles were crunchy,

Not sure what was going on with the workers here but I had a bad experience on this day, barely any pizza and families were coming in behind with me and there was almost no food

There is no organization, the dishes are not collected promptly. For minutes there was not a pizza available. 🍕

In less than a year, this place has fallen apart. The employees stay in the back playing, the food is cold and poorly made, and they leave filth uncleaned. The buffet is always left bare, with dried up old scraps of hours old pizza....avoid this dump.

I was good until I got to the pizza and it was cold, a whole large pizza just cold. I called my order in. I suggest to either make the pizza last or at least put it under the heat lamp wow
