I was in this place and ordered ice-cream for me and my 2 grandkids we got our order sat down was eating it and when the clock hit closing time we was ask to leave the establishment if that's what you want to call it was very dissatisfied with im 59 years old and have never been ask to leave a restraint or eating place before I was done eating what I had paid for .I do goo to cold stone creamery in oklahona city and have been there at closing time and was not ask to leave before I had finished .I do believe this is poor management and a horrible way to treat your customers after they have done paid for there order and even dropped a tip in you tip jar for the kind service . I want be back and will not recommend anyone else going there .

Marissa G must have had a bad day because I’ve never had an eye roll when you tell the young lady that I request a waffle cone and got a cup. She didn’t even try to correct it. After the eye roll she continued to ring us up when I said did you just roll your eyes at me. She didn’t respond back but smiled. My grand daughter which is young said I can’t believe she did that. What in the world is happening to our younger generation. She definitely needs some training in customer service.

Great Ice Cream, the Coffee ice cream and dark chocolate were awesome. Mix whatever you want in it and mix it on the cold stone and toss it up in the air into the air, it was pretty cool.

Everything was clean, great service and really good ice cream.
The ice cream was good. However, I went with a group, and everyone who ordered could not hear the people behind the counter. The workers were talking in a low voice in a very loud room. When asked to speak up, some of them looked angry, and another thing was that the prices are not listed in the menu, so you don't know what your total comes out to until you are at the register.
