Do NOT eat at Cracker Barrel...I got southern fried chicken there last night and it was AWFUL it had been cooked for hrs and it tasted like it was cooked in OLD oil...I've spent over 10 mins on hold and NEVER a manager will pick up and take my call. (you know they are SO busy) RIGHT...I'm going to find some where every day to blast them. (This is not my normal response, and I never complain about my food but this is ridiculous!)

We wanted carrots,but we're out. Wanted macaroni and cheese and they were out, ordered tilapia and got catfish. Ordered peach cobbler and got a bowl of warm peaches in thick sauce.

Excellent wait service by Jax@@n. He was very courteous and respectful, and checked on me throughout the meal. Cashier staff were also very friendly. However, the seating area and bathroom were absolutely filthy. Layers of grime and grease over everything, including the railings, floors, bathroom stall and entry doors, stacked up highchairs that i could see. Litter everywhere on the floors, including the kitchen floor which I was facing. Trash bins were overflowing.

Our food was very good. My husband and I ate breakfast food about 11:30. It was quite a few customers and our waitress was very busy. She only checked in with us twice. She had her hands full with everyone!Parking: My husband is handicap and walks with a cane or a walker. They were only about 5 handicap places to park but they were already taken. There needed to be more!
