They don't ever have anything they need the people that I have encountered are friendly and helpful but I couldn't even get what I ordered online because they didn't have the macaroni for the skillet and they just got a truck today they other day I ordered a shake online and couldn't get it because they didn't have ice cream they are always out of something even on truck days that's crazy

Jackie was absolutely AMAZING. She was the ONLY person running the floor and there was only 1 person in the kitchen. Because of the short staffing our wait time was long but Jackie did great! If there was a manager present they SHOULD have been out helping their people and if the manager wasn't there then they should have been.

Wait was long to just get a seat, there was only 4 other families there while we were. Server mistook our order. Nothing looked like it has in the past at other Dennys in our home town.

They were very short staffed, both ladies did great trying to accommodate customers. Both were very upbeat and excellent customer service. The cook however was having a tantrum in the kitchen, he was overwhelmed. He definitely needed help also. We got the lumberjack breakfast got 1 scrambled egg, no cheese or onion on the hash browns, pancakes had hard edges and we did not get our toast either. Took about 30 minutes to get our food.

I paid $18.00 for a coffee cup , and the service was fatal 45 minutes to someone who came to get my order. White bread was burned like charcoal.

I was served by Ruth (I hope I heard her name right) and it was only her 2nd or 3rd day! She was very friendly and attentive to my needs. In fact everyone was friendly and seemed to enjoy working there. Wishing you the best as you continue your work at Dennys, Ruth!!

Ah, Denny’s—where hunger meets apathy. Strolling in at 11 PM, I wasn’t expecting a Michelin star experience, but I also wasn’t prepared for what felt like a hostage situation in a breakfast-themed purgatory.
The menu, while vast, is a testament to the belief that quantity trumps quality. My Grand Slam tasted more like a Sad Whimper. The pancakes were fluffier than my expectations (a low bar), but the eggs looked like they were holding a grudge against the spatula. As for the bacon? It was less "crispy delight" and more "questionable jerky."
The staff, bless their weary souls, seemed trapped in their own existential crises. Service was slower than dial-up internet, and my server’s cheerful "I’ll be right with you" was so convincing, I almost believed it—until 20 minutes later, when I finally flagged down someone else for my coffee refill.
The ambiance was a curious mix of fluorescent lighting and despair, punctuated by a jukebox that might have been playing elevator music or the soundtrack to my regret—I couldn’t tell.
Overall, Denny’s delivers on its promise: food that exists, in a place that stays open. It’s the kind of spot where you leave full, not of joy, but of mild disappointment. Two stars, because the pancakes didn’t actively insult me, and the coffee was technically warm.

Denny's on state line in texarkana ar. DO NOT GO!!! I made a order online. showed up, to pick my order up and I was stopped at the door and was told they was closed. I told the lady, I made a online order. She said they was closed. I asked what I was going to do about getting my money back she said I would have to wait until tomorrow and talk to someone. I'm not going back to that denny's to talk to no one! The thing was, they was open, they just didn't wan't to make my order and do the work. Both denny's was open on Christmas eve and Christmas.
