I ordered pizza from the wrong location. I usually go to this store when I’m at home and the one off MLK when I’m at work. I was at work and it still had this store selected. I should have double checked before submitting . I called almost immediately after I placed it and realized. I never got an answer, I’ve been calling all today and no answer. I just want my order cancelled or at least to talk to someone .

I’m closer to this location but getting them to answer the phone is next to impossible. I drive extra just to go to the MLK location, they answer the phone. This didn’t happen when Ken owned it.

I rarely get to this location but I was in the area so I decided to go there when I was in town. Ordered online and there was a problem pulling up my order. Might need to work on system and see where issue is before an order doesn't get made and it costs you having to refund orders. I ordered cinnabites only cinnabites they come with one and ordered an extra. I only got the 1, I also bought 2 additional at the store. Online or phone orders need to contain all items that have been ordered if that means employees need to slow down and review orders than they should. Other than that there was no issues.

If I could give a zero I would the delivery guy yesterday named Luke tried to get out on us with food the amount was 50 dollars and I didn’t have change because they usually give me change and he gonna say give him the money and he would give me 5 dollars back I’m like do I look slow to u to give u 100 dollars and u give me five back he literally had me messed up

WORST DOMINOS EVER!!! Placed my order at 6:44 still sitting at being prepped even though order time says 44-54 minutes. Only knew this was an issue because the last THREE orders I’ve done with yall have had to be refunded because yall said 2/3 hours for delivery and had to cancel my order. I’ve now been on hold for 45 minutes and still haven’t spoken to a single person!!!!! I want a refund and a free damn pizza at this point!! This is absolutely ridiculous. Y’all need to do better.
