Pizzas, as always, are very delicious; they cook well and very properly. The place looks very clean; it seems that they were short staff, and the Two people working the whole store, those guys. I think they should raise the pay rate. They were working very hard, and it seems that they're hiring.

At first it was trash but I contacted and told them how it was evening crew is diffidently a hit try the viral fajita steak with garlic Parmesan sauce with extra cheese and cheese blend. I recommended hands-down eight out of 10

DOMINOS, how hard is it to verify the name on the order before you hand someone my damn food?? "Order from Domino's, can you verify the name please?" When you do get your food it is usually good. I just don't understand how you just hand someone food and hope it's correct, crazy to me.

Dominoes double charged me and argued that it wasn’t charged twice. I showed on my phone where the original payment was received but he continued to argue that the payment hadn’t processed. Although it ran thru on my Capital one card. Today (2 days later) when my credit card emails me about being charged twice, I contacted the store and they didn’t answer (6 calls). I called from my husbands cell and I reached someone. I asked to speak to a manager and was “transferred” hung up on.
Don’t recommend this Dominoes at all.

Tuesday 4.2.24 - my mom placed her order on the app. She thought she was getting two large pizzas for 20 dollars, but she messed up her order and got a medium split pizza. The manager and a male employee were very kind when she called. Even though it was her fault, they refunded her order and let her place a new order with the coupon she had a wanted to used. They delivered the new pizzas to our house again timely. I was very impressed with the customer service that the employee and manager displayed. The delivery guy was also awesome! Thank you Dominos on Richmond rd, for taking wonderful care of the people I love. ♥️

Absolutely terrible service. The wait time was ridiculous. The pizza was cut into uneven slices with very little toppings. No one greeted us. The man behind the counter had to manually type our card number in because they didn't have a swiper or chip reader.

My visit was quick and they were prompt at serving me. Very polite as well and great attitude.

Vegetarian options: You can build your own pizza and make it veggies only.

Parking: They are inside of a large parking lot. It's allowed to park in any of the spaces.

We where in town doing other shopping, do not have a Domino's near where we live, so we did a walk in and waited. The employee that waited on us, I would not say rude but not very welcoming, as we where asking about suggestions and a question or two he just kept saying."What would you like to order." Never really got a response. I evening asked if was having a bad day, again. "What would you like to order". Should have just told my husband let go, because I could see it in the face he was fixing to make the gentleman regret having to deal with a paying customer today. I understand they may not get a lot of walk-ins, which I do not think they want any, the seating area has the lights an chairs are flipped up on the tables. Anyway once this gentleman help build or pizza and other items we ordered, he grabbed up a call in order and left, did not say anything as he walk right passed us. The other employee who gave us our or order when it was ready was very polite, thanked us for coming in and please come back. Like I said we do not have Domino's near us and I was looking forward to try it and everything we ordered was "Great" but I am sure we will never go back to this location again. People that do not like dealing with the public should not, go in the back doing the menial task so they do not have to. No telling what this gentleman is like when he's delivering. This has also been forwarded to Domino Headquarters in Ann Arbor.
