Edit 01/18/2026 I went back to the same location at 8pm with an online order. When arriving the workers had that “we’re about to leave” attitude and gave us an incorrect order. We called back and they said to bring it back. We arrive back at golden chick just to be greeted by rude, horrible service that wasn’t previously there. The passive aggressive behavior won’t be tolerated by me or anyone with me, so I’ll politely refuse going back to golden chick. Thank you for your previous excellent service, it’s a shame it has become rude, inconsistent behavior and incompetence. No further replies necessary.

First time here yesterday. The young lady who took my order did not put the order in right. I ended up coming back and the manager there was a very young lady who customer skills were very disappointing. She was very rude and did take time to process the whole situation. I'm not one to put others down but I suggest she be put in school for management and retrained. Attitude was terrible. She didn't seem to care about the paying customer and she basically dumped all over me with no problem. I paid but didn't get what I paid for. She was screaming at me for no reason. The information was put on the receipt wrong and as humans we make mistakes but my issue was that she did not want to fix it. I called she told me to come back and she would fix it. The total opposite happened. This young lady was tall and slim African American. Very young and inexperienced. Either this place is desperate or they just didn't feel like taking the time to put someone in charge who actually cares about the customer. If there is a number I can call it would be great because she didn't have one. Screaming to the top of your lungs at a customer is no way to resolve an issue. 7th st Golden Chick will never be my recommendation to anyone. Check your food and fix it on the spot because once you walk out there is no fixing it. If there is a number to call please let me know. I went back to kings highway where the service is wonderful and the food is right. Love the service over there.

9/28 I ordered a 6pc spicy tender with a side of mashed potatoes. It took about 25 minutes after I ordered for my order to get to me with almost nobody else behind me. Some family went through the drive through and nobody showed up for 10 minutes so they came inside and got their order. Thats because the young lady at the counter went to the bathroom after she took my order. That wouldn't have been a problem if there would've been more than 3 people in the whole store at the time. And even after all of that, the guy who bagged my food gave me gravy as my side dish, for some reason, so I dont even have a side to go with my order.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART, THEY WERE NOT WEARING GLOVES. 🤢
