The food was very good and the dining areas were all clean. I do miss the steaks that they no longer offer

This is the best Golden Corral I've ever been to. The food was excellent! The lady that was checking on us was super nice and kept us in refills for our drinks, and worked very hard! We'll certainly be coming back next time we're in town!

Good selection of the food my doctor likes that I don't. The breakfast buffet was extensive but I found only the French toast, waffles, and blueberry pancakes appealing. The corned beef hash was tasty but quite great as would be expected.

I regret ignoring the local warnings about this Golden Corral. About twenty minutes after sitting down, I spotted a cockroach crawling out in plain view during the lunch rush.

Most of the managers handled it professionally and gave me a refund without any trouble, which I appreciated. That said, one manager tried to convince me to just ignore what I saw and continue eating, which struck me as completely inappropriate.

The bigger issue is what the roach itself suggests. German cockroaches are typically nocturnal, so if one is roaming around in the middle of a busy afternoon, that usually points to a much deeper infestation problem.

No matter what you expect from a buffet, basic cleanliness should be a given. I can’t recommend this location to anyone who cares about their health or their family’s well-being. There are plenty of better options nearby. Don’t settle.

No air conditioner it was very hot. I got sick and the food was not cooked. Steak was rubbery like a dog chew toy.
