I work 16 hour shifts 2-10 pm 10-6 am Grandy’s open up at 7 I wait for the restaurant open up to get breakfast.. Twice I ask for plain white gravy I order the same breakfast every morning if I go. I get home , shower get in bed with my food. My order is messed up! Hash brown cold and greasy and they gave me sausage gravy instead. I hate there sausage gravy every time I have tried it I got sick each time I done poured it on my eggs etc .. I go back up there 46 out side very cold I done took a shower after working 16 hours in the medical field. I explained that to her. All I got was my money back. Poor customer service! Dam shame most places do both give a refund and offer to replace your meal not Grandy’s ! Never going back. This is way so many restaurants over time close down.. I went right to McDonald spent about the same and the food was much better about a 20 cent different .

Been a long time since I've had a Grandy's breakfast. The scrambled eggs used to be awesome. The formula has def changed, unfortunately. Bacon was thin n tasteless for some reason. Also changed. Still, biscuit n brown gravy was wonderful. Tea nice n strong. Service is always exemplary. Most Grandy's staff looks like familiar faces that's been there a long time. Thank y'all ?Place is very clean. However, the plastic sleeves covering the lobby tea dispensers are in great disrepair and should def be replaced. Also, the faded napkin holder sign. Basic maintenance.

Food was okay. Ordered the shrimp and it had a funny taste that I can't explain. My kids ordered the fish and said it was good. I just wish that the employees would be more welcoming and give suggestions from their menu .

I hadn't been to a Grandy's in decades, so when I saw there was on in Texarkana, I knew I had to stop in and grab a bite. This restaurant not only brought back a ton of nostalgia, but the food was also delicious. Everyone was very happy with their meal and the Sinnamon Rolls and Funnel Cake Fries we had for desert. The restaurant was clean and in good shape and very clean. Also, the staff was wonderful, very friendly and outgoing. They were everything people working with the public should be. Thank you all so much for bringing back a bunch of good memories and helping to make a new one. Here is hoping we will be back as soon as possible to make some more.

Think waffle house and Lubys had a love child in the 80's.... you get Grandy's. The food was good as expected, the store itself needed a bit more cleaning, and the lady behind the counter was very nice. Would eat here again, but not driving out of way to find one.
