Man, I’m totally OBSESSED with Heat It Up!!! The staff is super chill and awesome, the food is straight-up delicious, and let’s be real—who’s got time to scrub pots and pans after slaving away on meal prep all week? Not me! I love swinging by after work to grab my meals for the week—boom, done! They’ve got killer coffees, tasty snacks, and don’t even get me started on the Elvis protein shake (keto version, large, ‘cause the small just ain’t cutting it, lol). It’s SOOOO freaking good! They’re awesome about listing allergens for anyone with allergies, their place is always spotless, and every single visit is just a total vibe. 10/10, no complaints!

These meals are healthy, delicious & filling! They heat up nicely and are a great way to stay on track with healthy choices. I definitely recommend them. They are low calorie & high protein but this is not diet food just fresh, healthy food. My favorite part is I don’t have to cook or feel guilty for feeding my family junk. It’s a win win!
