I know this doesn't sound like much.... but they bring extra napkins. Many restaurants only being the napkins on the silverware....I need more than one...and when asking other restaurants only bring one or two.
They brought them without asking.... it's simple but it's something I need when I eat....THANK YOU!

Our services was James...who was SUPER in all areas: COURTEOUS, ATTITUDE, KNOWLEDGE OF MENU, BEST OF SERVICE. He should train the other servers about customer service. He's definitely an ASSET to IHOP.

Ellie made our experience super wonderful she managed our table and many others with ease and grace she was very polite and took care of everything and kept up with us regularly even during a busy Sunday Brunch rush. She made sure I had everything I need for my daughter and I to enjoy some food. The food was so tasty and I got too use the awesome app and cash in some Pan coins. We will definitely be back.
Teca, our waitress, was amazing. She should teach a course on stellar service. Food came out quick, exactly as ordered (we never order straight from menu, we can be a challenge for a waiter that isn’t on their game) and was hot and delicious. Fruit cup was ripe and good) This IHOP is super clean and all the staff were smiling and courteous.
