Very disappointed. Barely any tuna. Might as well had gotten a veggie sandwich. For $10, I expect to at least taste the tuna with every bite. Will have to go buy a can from the store and add it to their sandwiches. I'll keep my business for Subway and Firehouse Subs.

Fast, friendly service. Every sandwich I have ever tried at Jimmy Johns has been delicious! Love their bread. The red velvet cookies are soooo good, get 2!!
3 out of the last 4 times in the past couple of months I tried to get a sandwich here I couldn't. One time they were randomly closed, one time they couldn't take cards, and one time they were out of BREAD. Love their sandwiches so it's a bummer how poorly managed this location is.

Didn’t get what I ordered, and menu description didn’t match what was on sandwich. I left thinking my order was right and can’t eat the sandwich because it has items and condiments I cannot eat due to dietary restrictions/allergy. Customer service was also very poor.

Put order in online on Sunday waited 30min and drove to the store. Went to the store my order was still sitting on the printer. Store was dead and all 3 employees standing around!
