I recently visited Joes Pizza and Pasta March 7. The lasagna is delicious and reasonably priced. The owners and staff are friendly and helpful. The lemon cello pie was to die for. You have to check it out, you won’t be sorry.
My first time dining here after a recommendation by a co-worker. I couldn't make up my mind between the baked ziti and the eggplant parm, so I ordered both (the parm to go). Wow. I haven't had really good, authentic Italian restaurant cooking in a long time. The pasta was perfectly al dente and the sauce was rich and flavorful. I'll definitely be back. My only negative comment would be an almost overpowering smell of Fabuloso cleaner - it was almost nauseating.
Good atmosphere, enjoyed the music they were playing but disappointed in the food. Salad was just a mix with 2 cherry tomatoes added - nothing else. Chicken Parmesan seemed to be a frozen commercial breaded chicken patty with cheese and their pasta sauce on top. The sauce wasn’t bad if you like the separate flavours (tomatoes were still the the whole diced tomato chunks) - it’s not a cook-for-several-hours-to-ripen-the-flavours sauce.
