I ordered here recently and somehow it was worse than previous visits. As soon as I opened the food, I noticed a horrible smell. My chicken literally smelled like paint chips. It was dark, greasy, and absolutely disgusting. Easily one of the worst things I’ve ever smelled.
PLEASE change your oil. Old oil ruins food, and this was beyond unacceptable.
On top of that, the service here is consistently awful. No matter the time of day, the staff is snarky and rude. Every single visit has been a bad experience.
Worst of all, every time I’ve eaten here recently the past 2 times, I’ve gotten food poisoning. That’s not a coincidence, that’s a serious health issue.
I will not be coming back, and I strongly recommend others avoid this location.

Absolute joke of a kfc. Ordered a meal off DoorDash with select pieces of chicken. Was sent chicken that looks to be hours old. The Mac n cheese is crunchy and the fries are solid as a rock. All containers not even half full. Tried to call them about 10 times and they let it ring through. This food is gonna make people sick and now we’re out 40$ as they refuse to acknowledge the mistake. Do not go here. Straight ignorance and careless employees. They refried my drumsticks because I asked for extra crispy recipe and I’m guessing they didn’t wanna cook more.

I ordered a 16 piece. Got 12 pieces. Didnt get 4 sides or 2 orders of fried pickles. I was charged for all of this. Also they dont answer the phone. This was all after confirming I would wait 4 minutes for the fried pickles to be cooked. I should have known better.

I've been to this place 7 times in the past 2 years and every time I order whether in store or online I am still waiting an extra half hour after the order says it's ready that isn't correct and is usually cold, syrup filled sodas, and staff that'll usually ignore you until you catch there attention or they happen to be bringing a meal up there. KFC used to be my post game rituals from elementary until I graduated. Now I gag at the thought if this place. Today's the last day I officially give this location a chance. P.S. French fries aren't supposed to taste like fish. And some people can be hospitalized by spicy food so check which sandwich you give to whom.

Terrible service. The people were nice but way too long to get our order. It was a family meal with some extras, but well over 20 minutes waiting for our order. The employee tells us 4 more minutes and then 10 minutes later it was still 2 1/2 more minutes.
