I see people have been posting concerns for the texarkana locations. I keep looking for comments to reassure that these concerns were being addressed. Come on people. I want to eat at kfc. it's my favorite place. I haven't been in over a year. they never had chicken ready and if they did it was old. quality has gone down hill for the last couple of years.
let's get it up and running like the old days. I never had a complaint before. missing my chicken
I got 3 chicken strips, fries & drink
People were very friendly
It was clean
But, the strips were gross, I feel they were reheated or old

I bought a 16 piece, 1/2 crispy 1/2 original meal with extra sides, a $48.25 purchase. When I got home and made plates for my family we discovered the chicken was old, dark brown and dried under the re-fried skin. You could not tell original from crispy. All was dark and greasy. Some pieces actually tasted spoiled. We immediately called the store to report. Cynthia told us to return the chicken and receipt and she would replace the meal.
