The way they cook the original recipe has changed. Went to 2 locations and and the chicken was hard and crusty, it was nothing like the original recipe I knew. I will no longer be visiting KFC until they return to the original recipe pressure cooking.

Me and my family went in to place a to go order, Ms. Atalyan and Mr. Roger the manager were completely rude, I asked Mr. Roger and Ms. Atalyan to please get me a Pepsi from the back due to the one out front was out, they both said basically deal with it!!! Please pull your cameras from Friday May 31, 2024 at 3:05p.m and please watch how everything went on. Do not go to this restaurant bad business!!!!

The food and service were average for KFC. The dining room was clean but so cold in there that I was shivering through my meal. I mentioned it to the man working the counter and he wouldn't do anything about it.
