I would not ever go to Little Caesars if my grandkids did not want to eat there. It is the worst service. The worst pizza in town and the. I don't know who the owners is hard for these places and all know what they are and ones. They can get to work at these places. But this place is in especially on Texas boulevard. I ordered a classic pepperoni. My daughter went to pick it up. I'm driving in from my place. She gets home and it's a cheese pizza. I call up there. You think somebody got a go home? Get a piece of combat? I'm tired I'm ready-to-eat. I don't eat cheese pizza. And you can't even compensate somebody. We want me to Little Caesars, no more.

People here do nothing but play,food is always late and wrong.Today ask for a bag for customers drink and was told they didn't have any.
Zero stars , manager took me order and when it wasn't made told me I must have called the wrong store. Showed my call log . When I called, I specifically asked if I called correct store. Manager was so rude, so a call in order takes an hour because he is incompetent. This is unacceptable. The REASON FOR CALL IN IS TO, NOT HAVE TO WAIT. NEW MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED. YALL CALL CORPORATE. Or nothing will ever get done.

Friendly staff but for some reason all of the Little Caesars in Texarkana have really flat dough and sometimes they seem to be undercooked. This store is by far better than the one off of Richmond Road and Moore's near the small Walmart but they all need to cook their food better. I would recommend something more like Pizza Hut in Texarkana.

Terrible service, employees ATTEMPT to intimidate you if you bring up something about your order. Ordered a supreme and received minimal toppings and a pizza that was over 50% crust. They told me “that’s all you get.” Demanded a refund and went to another location. Will never go back to this one even though it’s less than a mile from my house. Sorriest excuse for a Little Caesars I’ve ever seen.

Fyi..the so called "manager" Jacob is very unprofessional and the place is dirty. He didn't want to refund me my money because they don't pick up their store phone. Jacob is clearly a person that doesn't like African Americans. Don't go there!!!!!! YOU WILL GET SICK!!!!!!
