I usually don't leave negative reviews. I've given this location a try time and time again thinking maybe it's just an occasional hiccup with the place. Customer service from my experience is👎bad. Acknowledge customers when they walk in to your store. The pizza has either been undercooked or entirely incorrect 3 out of 5 times I've been here. I haven't once been able to get the store to answer there phone when we call to order. Why advertise "Hot N Ready" when you can not in fact get a "Hot N Ready" pizza when you come in. Everything we have waited 10+ minutes to get a cheese or pepperoni pizza. This Little Ceasars is far from being recommendable IMO.

Disgusting! Picked up 3/17/25 - White/silver beard or mustache hair baked INTO the crust of the “new” bacon cheese puffs. Get it together!! I know it’s cheap pizza, but this is foul.

Well order a crazy cheese stuffed crust with. Onion.ŵas raw. Nice manager was gonna make it right and said charge would be reveresed.well new one came when I called it in for credit...still wasn't doublecut!!!! That's 3 times. Plus I was charged for it!I'll be going to my bank

This is not a knock in the restaurant but the owner. At the time, the AC was out, and the temp was around 95 outside, so imagine what it was in the restaurant. The owner shows up walk-in, never acknowledged his patrons with a simple hello. Attitude reflects leadership

Up until today Richmond road has always been the place to go but not today, because employees put blame on someone else for something that they should be doing when they're charging somebody money and not giving what someone's paying for. Whoever just answered the phone at 7:02-4 I hope you don't work there very long. Someone does need to tell you how to do your job.

Who ever the lady was at the front on 10/03/2023 she was very rude it was 8:35 when I ordered four pizzas she was annoyed I ordered more then what she had and ask if my other three could be fresh also. Rolled her eyes. Worse I’ve been since they opened!
