I'm a regular who used to come once a week, but the past three weeks the quality has dropped like a rock. Even a fresh new pizza has bread approaching cardboard. I'd singe the praises high and far but can't really do that. Hope they figure out who to cut because theres alot of new faces who don't seem to be making it.

They pizza is very nasty, I ordered a pepperoni pizza online from them and when it was “ready” I picked it up and it was already old. It tasted like it was a cheeze pizza and they just went in and added pepperonis on the pizza & threw it back in the oven. If you want little ceasers, go to summerhill road. They never disappoint me & it was one time I placed a order and when it was ready, it was old. I asked for it to be fresh & the worker had a attitude.

The person at the register was very rude and gave unprofessional negative service. The pizza came out the warmer old with too much grease. Tasted like cheese on cardboard.Not a welcoming experience 👎.

I was there at 10:35 pm on 4-25 to make an order and not only did I have the employee who I later determined to be the one working register come to the front multiple time and look at while I waiting and never acknowledge me while I was waiting on service for a length of time. When he finally came to the counter he seemed angry shaking his head when I made my order and pacing back and forthwhile doing so. He then shoved the receipt to me rudely with force. I later determined he did not even add everything I requested to the order and I had not caught this at the check out. I attempted to make friendly conversation to ease the tension and it was apparent he did not want to speak to me. I observed his unattentiveness and rudeness with several other customers and I will think twice before I return to this location.
I usually don't leave negative reviews. I've given this location a try time and time again thinking maybe it's just an occasional hiccup with the place. Customer service from my experience is👎bad. Acknowledge customers when they walk in to your store. The pizza has either been undercooked or entirely incorrect 3 out of 5 times I've been here. I haven't once been able to get the store to answer there phone when we call to order. Why advertise "Hot N Ready" when you can not in fact get a "Hot N Ready" pizza when you come in. Everything we have waited 10+ minutes to get a cheese or pepperoni pizza. This Little Ceasars is far from being recommendable IMO.

Well order a crazy cheese stuffed crust with. Onion.ŵas raw. Nice manager was gonna make it right and said charge would be reveresed.well new one came when I called it in for credit...still wasn't doublecut!!!! That's 3 times. Plus I was charged for it!I'll be going to my bank

This is not a knock in the restaurant but the owner. At the time, the AC was out, and the temp was around 95 outside, so imagine what it was in the restaurant. The owner shows up walk-in, never acknowledged his patrons with a simple hello. Attitude reflects leadership
