Fries were hot and the drive thru didn't take too long. McDonald's still has the best fries, I just wish they'd get a few good vegetarian options on their menu.

Horrible service! My food was cold and I asked for them to make me a fresh sandwich.I then waited for 10 minutes and returned to the counter searching for the issues. My remade order was waiting for me on the counter. I took the sandwich to my table frozen cold again.So they will remake your food and if your around the corner like me it will just sit on the counter until cold again.I asked are you the manager? She said yes the store manager. I told her my concerns and it was like no big deal. I then got her name and called corporate while I ate my cold sandwich.While I was on the phone with McDonald's corporate, One of the employees came out laughing and point at me. Then I wondered if they spit in my food. So I quit eating it. Worst experience I've ever had at a McDonald's!
We just went into McDonalds with our 3 kids to stretch our legs and ear before getting back on the road. There was a sign on the door that said they had a Christmas party at 7:30, and it was 7, so we thought we had plenty of time to eat. We were asked to leave and that they had to lock the doors at 7. Why put a sign on the door, only to lock the doors 30 minutes early? Why not just put 7 on the sign and not 7:30? We felt very unwelcome and like we were bothering the employees. While we waited for our food, we used the restroom and noticed a strong marijuana smell. It very well could have been a customer, but I feel like the smell could have been handled.

Cashier did not listen to our order was not pleasant to work with cooks for the order wrong on both items in our order and then so eone else behind us got their wrong to ordered a spicy chicken deluxe is was regular chicken my son ordered a cheeseburger add lettuce and tomato he got a regular burger no cheese ticket said on top cheeseburger will not return to this location .

This McDonald's has always been bad at service and the only reason I was there today is because I used the McDonald's app, which I have done numerous times with no issues. After waiting on my order for over 20 minutes, I went in and the manager wanted to argue with me that they never got my order. One of the workers making the food actually found my order, already made and just sitting there. They did replace my fries, but the burger was cold. There was another person waiting on his food and had been there for over 30 minutes, still with no food.
