8:30 April 2 I had a mobile order and I ask to order ice cream before I could ask she told me to drive around but nobody was coming then I waited in line for 40 minutes after she was rude to get my food. Why do they talk to you like your money isn’t good ? They talk to you with nasty attitudes. The car in front of me had to go in to get their food

This particular place I would like to say is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I think their food is pretty foul set. As far as customer service. I think it was really bland. They could do a better job. The atmosphere is beautiful. McDonald’s is doing a great job with their infrastructure in making their buildings very modern, but you also need to make your peoplea little more old school back to the olden days where customer service is a good face other than that, I would still recommend people to come here. I would just hope you guys get your things together.

The manager Bailey was terrible!!! Ordered in the app, got here was told they can’t make a frappe, so I just asked for a refund.. Now they said can’t do it with out my card, found my card now it’s been 22 mins waiting on a refund! Bailey comes and says she can’t refund me because a frappe is not in the menu lol.. I’ve been here now 33 mins at the drive thru. I don’t even want the food no more, service sucks!!!
