I’m writing this in hopes that management will take notice. I have repeatedly experienced poor customer service at this location’s drive-thru. From taking the order, to processing payment, to handing out the food, there is little to no greeting, courtesy, or basic friendliness. The staff do not acknowledge customers in a welcoming manner, and there is no effort to smile or communicate respectfully. This has occurred multiple times, usually after my work shift when I order a breakfast meal. Consistency in customer service is important, and unfortunately this location has consistently failed to meet that standard. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional training to improve the customer experience.

On our road trip, we stopped at the McDonald’s on 5102 Summer Crossing in Texarkana, TX. My son and I both love McDonald’s, so this was an easy choice when hunger kicked in. Sometimes it’s the familiar places that bring comfort on the road, and this one did just that.
What made the stop even better was the clean restroom. That’s something you always hope for when traveling, and it really stood out here. It may seem small, but for road trips, it’s a big deal. The service was quick, the place was tidy, and it gave us exactly what we needed to keep going.
I’m glad we chose this McDonald’s on our trip—it did the job, and then some. Definitely worth the stop if you’re passing through Texarkana and need a quick break that won’t disappoint.

They said their system is currently being rebooted so they cannot do cash credit card or any sales. There’s 5+ employees sitting inside and I guess when their system goes down, no one can work.
Been a while, Macdonald supporter (especially this location) but when you can’t give me an ETA or allow me to wait for the system to come back up, it seems a bit ridiculous to keep ALL employees on the clock and I’m not allowed to wait to be served….
Left drive through to go over the bridge to other I-30 location. A Big Mac shouldn’t be this hard. If McDonald’s reaches out and clarifies that I can wait for food I’ll update the review same day….
Also, maybe retrain system down SOP cause that was rough interaction

Ordered through the drive thru and received my food HOT and less that 5 minutes. They had me in and out! Best McDonald's I've been to so far.
I just wanted to leave a review because of a experience I just recently had, this is the thing you don’t know if this is a persons last five dollars or how ever much they are spending and might I add that this person worked hard for and chose to spend at your franchise, and to come through the drive through and an employee is laughing in your face and turning their head to avoid you from seeing them laugh is disrespectful , I worked it three different locations and I never was ugly to anyone or had a mean girl mentality towards a customer like you don’t know what people are going through so managers need to start addressing employees who lack mannerisms it’s not called for and it’s uncomfortable to come to a fast food place and be judged for your looks or anything when you just came to eat and grab some food.
