Love the people at the Texarkana store... there great people, doing a great job, just trying to make a living! However... the automated service you get transferred to charged me twice for one order then came back and told me I had insufficient funds, so I got charged twice and got no pizza!!! This is the third time this has been done to me only the first two times I just so happened to have the money in my account and got reimbursed 3 weeks later! This time I only had the money to pay once. Now my money is gone and I have no dinner, and I've been back and forth 5 times with corporate and the Texarkana store... all I have at this point is an an apology! How can we fix this???
