1st timer at Texarkana Papa Murphy's. Take 'N' Bake! Won't be the last. Was on vacation looking for pizza to take back to hotel rm. In our haste, Didn't realize their pizza where cook yourself. Manager gave us refund. Ingredients on buffet all looked fresh. Fortunately there a Papa Murphys Take 'N' Bake in our city / state.

We did not realize we could not get a baked pizza. We were in hotel and had no way to cook one. The people there was great and showed excellent hospitality.
Pizza is always pretty good. Service was quick and friendly. However, the place looks like it’s going out of business. 2 old looking salads in the cooler display. No bread bites and no dessert pizzas on display at all. Everything was just empty and the place was not really very clean. It’s gone way downhill since my last visit.

On 8/28 we put in an online order at 12 pm for pick up at 330.
We show up and none of the pizzas were ready. What’s the use of ordering online if they can’t have it ready in 3 hours?

I was excited to see a Papa Murphy's. I haven't in 5 years since I moved away from home. I can't tell you about the food because we stood in the lobby for 10 minutes ( we were the only people there) in front of the employee without any recognition. She turned after 10 minutes and walked into the back, we turned around and walked out.
