Placed an order and we tried to change or cancel the order. Called back and answering service said that they couldn’t change or cancel. We got transferred to the store which is on east st but they never answered the phone. Tried this 6 times. Same result. Even the answering service was not interested in helping. Worst customer service out there

Food quality and customer service at Pizza Hut has been lacking for sometime. They used to be my go to, now they won’t be getting my business until things improve. Quality down, prices up. Darn shame. Please improve. I grew up on you guys.
Good pizza, really nice and friendly staff especially jordan she took my order the place is always clean when I go in and the staff are all friendly .Its the best Pizza Hut location I’ve seen down here
They even brought my pizza out to the car for me ! And the lady was pretty cute

You can't go wrong with pizza hut. This particular location has super nice employees. I was homeless in Texarkana and they would allow me to sit inside during rainstorms, as well as sit out front to charge my phone and they have free WiFi! The pan pizza is always my favorite, along with their chicken Alfredo pasta and cheese bread.
We Called In For Delivery, And Our Pizza, Just As We Ordered it, Was Like It Just Came Out Of Our Oven And I Cut It. It Was Hot, Toppings Correct, Mariana Correct, Order ?% Correct. They Said 30 Minutes And We're At Our Door 15 Minutes Later.Excellent Driver Communication And Frindlinest In The Rain. He Acted Like It Wasn't Even Raining, Very Nice Young Man, Excellent Pizza Made As Ordered, Hot And Perfect. Great Customer Service At Pizza Hut As Well, FYI, Only Delivery Or Drive Thru. No Inside Seating.
