Does this look like extra sauce/extra cheese? No Been burnt multiple times by this location. If you can actually get them to make the pizza the way you ask and the way they charge you, the pizza can be pretty good. I hate not getting what I pay for, especially when you’re paying extra… Do better

They were out of hand tossed crust so we had to get thin and it was so hard that we had to scrape off the toppings. The beef was so hard and dry we threw it away, pineapple was tough and tasted funny. I asked for caramelized onions and got one raw end piece dropped in the middle of the pizza. We had to pull the layers off and it was cut into about 2 inch wide chunk. I paid extra for pineapple and cheese and the cheese barely covered it pizza. It was just a mess. We ate the pepperoni pizza and some of the toppings from the beef and cheese pizza. We paid $81.00 for 3 pizzas that were basically crap. No pizza hut for our house.

They did not deliver my online order a few months ago when I used points for one of my items. My husband got the door slammed in his face when he went to go ask about it after more than an hour of it not being delivered and then not answering the phone. I understand the weather was bad this night and power was lost for a moment at the store this night but this is a global chain that should have process and procedures implemented for adequate customer service. I went the next day in person to ask for a refund and they were able to give me a refund of what I paid but could not refund my points so they gave me credit to use if I called next time. Now I’ve been on hold for more than twenty minutes after getting transferred from the Pizza Hut call center to the store because the call center could not verify my store credit. Yikes. Beware. Also a few months ago I ordered a supreme and ended up with a meat lovers delivered to my house that was not very good tasting. Pizza Hut, please step up your game at this store.

They didn’t give me my wings with my order. Called the store, no answer. Their call center hung up on us when we said the store wasn’t picking up.. and I’ve got that on video. First time buying at this location. Terrible service.

I order my food at 4:05pm and it wasn’t delivered until 5:46. It was cold, all of the items that I paid extra for wasn’t in my bag, getting in touch with the store was a hassle. The call center had me on hold for over 30mins just to tell me I have to make a complaint online. Smh terrible waste of $60..
Still haven’t heard from management after finally contacting the store and feeling with someone who supposedly wrote down my name and information and left my message with the manager

Ordered a meat lovers pizza and it was horrible. Usually it's meaty and the cheese has a little pull but not this one. I must say this was the worst one. I think I'm giving up on pizza hut. It's been getting bad but this is the last draw. I hate dominoes but I'll take that before I order another one.
Do not use this PH. If you absolutely HAVE to, whatever you do don’t go thru the drive thru. They let people sit there until their order is ready! I ordered a pizza at 6:45. It said “Carry out time 30 mins.” I get there at 7:17….she says” oh no it’s not supposed to be ready until 7:19. It’s going to be about 15 mins”. I swear to God. Use another location. You’ll be happier.
