Editing my review because I talked to the manager and she fixed it. We got a free combo meal and the worker that was there when we showed up was super friendly. The pretzel was SUPER fresh and delicious!! The lemonade was good also! Thanks so much ❤️

Ordered for mother's day coupon buy one get one free. I got 3 total. Two were burnt and one was doughy in the middle. ?“

“Most of the time their pretzels are fantastic. We have had a couple issues where when we got home the pretzel bites under the ones on the top were burnt. One time they gave us free pretzels with proof via pictures, the other time only a small discount. (%15 I believe, was not very happy about that) The attached photos are whats left after earing JUST the middles of the bites the last time this happened.“
