Our server, Chastity, was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was perfect from start to finish. She checked in at just the right times, kept our drinks full, and made us feel truly welcomed. It’s rare to find such warm and genuine service, but Chastity went above and beyond.

Worst food and service I have ever had at Red Lobster. Previous experience was just as bad. I'm done with Red Lobster. Sauce on the pasta tasted as if it came out of a jar with tons of garlic added to it. Biscuits flat but under baked. Service was very slow and it was not busy. Wait for our food was at least 40 minutes.
Eric was amazing! We never ran out of biscuits, our drinks stayed filled and I have never tasted a sweeter, more buttery lobster. The food was amazing. We will be back again. So happy with all the improvements in food quality, service and atmosphere.
