The young lady taking my order was nice but very untrained. She had no idea what she was doing. Asked about military or senior discount, she froze for ten seconds and then said “I don’t think so”. Who knows. After I got home we found three of four sandwiches were made incorrectly. Turns out the girl read the order back as ordered but then entered them totally different. After a phone call, we were told that allegedly we will get three free sandwiches the next time...read full review
Awful experience. Disregard the fact that it occurred several several years ago. Suffice to say…the proprietor is a jerk. I ended up literally having to call corporate to obtain assistance regarding what had occurred. I vowed per going through the entire experience to avid dining as at restaurants owned by the main company which oversees all Schlotskys.
