i came through drive thru, and a well mannered young man answered , was very polite and read my order back correctly. when i got to the window he was once again very well mannered, and answered all my questions, and had a great attitude. i asked him his name and he said Deaundre. And i must say he has been the best experience at this store. The food was correct and very hot and good. He definitely made our experience worth the while. 10/10!

The young lady taking my order was nice but very untrained. She had no idea what she was doing. Asked about military or senior discount, she froze for ten seconds and then said “I don’t think so”. Who knows. After I got home we found three of four sandwiches were made incorrectly. Turns out the girl read the order back as ordered but then entered them totally different. After a phone call, we were told that allegedly we will get three free sandwiches the next time we go in.

We used to order here on the arkansas side frequently. This is the second order we have received without any cheese and only one slice of thin ham. All veggies. We order the original. We won't order again. Disappointed.

The manager at the texarkana tx. Store is a completely rude individual.She has no professionalism about her. Clearly she is only concerned about a pay check and not the wants and needs of her customers. I hope she fails at her job so miserably that no one else will put her in ANY position.

We walked in and placed our order having to repeat each part at least twice and that the order was to go four times. It took four people to get the veteran's discount placed. They then apparently lost our order. After 15 minutes with only us in the restaurant with no drive through orders, we had to ask about it. After asking a worker who had done nothing but lean against the counter the entire time without cleaning the 5 dirty tables, he finally got the manager who had to access the register to find our order. After another 15 minutes, we go our order without a "I'm sorry" or any other comment. Just brought it out and slapped it on the table. Upon getting home, two of the four sandwiches where incorrect. Will not be getting our business again any time soon.

Placed an order online for us to come pick up. After we drove all the way home, we realized that they made a completely different sandwich than what we ordered. Then we tried to call like 10 times and it just rings and rings, or wont go through at all...Waste of my time and gas to have to drive that all the way back, but we did. Then realize they messed it up AGAIN and used the incorrect bread the second time they made it. Smh.Also, the sandwiches have hardly anything on them. I have been to other Locations and they are definitely not like this.Never coming to this one again.
