The manager at the texarkana tx. Store is a completely rude individual.She has no professionalism about her. Clearly she is only concerned about a pay check and not the wants and needs of her customers. I hope she fails at her job so miserably that no one else will put her in ANY position.

We walked in and placed our order having to repeat each part at least twice and that the order was to go four times. It took four people to get the veteran's discount placed. They then apparently lost our order. After 15 minutes with only us in the restaurant with no drive through orders, we had to ask about it. After asking a worker who had done nothing but lean against the counter the entire time without cleaning the 5 dirty tables, he finally got the manager who had to access the register to find our order. After another 15 minutes, we go our order without a "I'm sorry" or any other comment. Just brought it out and slapped it on the table. Upon getting home, two of the four sandwiches where incorrect. Will not be getting our business again any time soon.

Placed an order online for us to come pick up. After we drove all the way home, we realized that they made a completely different sandwich than what we ordered. Then we tried to call like 10 times and it just rings and rings, or wont go through at all...Waste of my time and gas to have to drive that all the way back, but we did. Then realize they messed it up AGAIN and used the incorrect bread the second time they made it. Smh.Also, the sandwiches have hardly anything on them. I have been to other Locations and they are definitely not like this.Never coming to this one again.

3 strikes. Just left for the 3rd time this year without getting to even place an order due to no one being up front. What's worse today is that someone even came out and made eye contact with me, yet returned to the kitchen and never came back. I'm talking 10 plus minutes and no one. I love Schlotzskys, but I guess I'll just have to eat it when I'm out of town. So disappointing.

Good light food. Staff was friendly and patient. It was my first time here, so it took a minute to decide what to get. Everything looked delicious, but I settled on the bacon turkey sandwich and tried the turkey avocado. Both sandwiches were outstanding. It's definitely worth a try if you have one nearby.
