I had the sonic app. I went to use it and it had been deactivated by thier "sonic app" team. I was told to call a number to find out why but they couldn't tell me anything. Why give me a number to call to find out why if they can't tell you anything. I was just told to start a new account with a different email. Why in the #soniccheeseburger would I do that? I will never use that order ahead app again!!! And I had rewards on it and money!!! 6 years later ....Food and service still trash. Never again

I ordered on the online app, was trying to get fast service due to child being on the hospital.. Well the app said my food was ready.. I got to the stall and waited over 5 minutes. I requested extra mayo on my burger, they gave me easy mayo... Both burgers were barely warm and the fries were cold and overcooked. My son Powerade was watery and my shake was dripping everywhere.. I pressed the button to inform that the fries were cold and also, I did request packs of pepper and mayo, due to they have a habit of giving you light mayo when you ask for extra.. I waited an additional 10 minutes before going g to the door... Then 5 minutes later a manager comes to my car and says what were you waiting on again... when I finally received my fries the burgers were now COLD... Bad Service and there were also about 3 other customers who had sent there food back as well. ***Update As of today 07/29/2024, I have received as response from the Sonic with apologies and they have even made it up to me by offering me a gift card. I would like to say thank you for your fast response, it feels good to know you care*** Thanks
Terrible customer service, just wanted a Cherry Limeade. Waited 10 mins after pushing the red button, a new customer pulled up and was immediately served. I just backed up and left.

I'm making this report today on an employee named Desiree. She's very disrespectful to be working in a public restaurant. I am an independent driver. I went there to pick up a customer's order. She was very rude like it was my order. So I'll call the manager. The manager said he would investigate it. This was in December. Still till today I haven't heard anything else from the manager so I write the service very poorly

Sonic's Happy Hour Is A Awesome Opportunity To Get Any Size Drink Half Off Or For A Dollar + Tax. There's So Many Drinks To Choose From. I Tried The Strawberry Lemonade And Was In Love With It. It Has Real Strawberries Chopped Small, It Was Absolutely Delicious. I'll Be Trying The Other Ones Now. The Waitress Was Young, Very Polite, Friendly And Smiling. Excellent Service And Very Quick. Love Happy Hour.
