I'm making this report today on an employee named Desiree. She's very disrespectful to be working in a public restaurant. I am an independent driver. I went there to pick up a customer's order. She was very rude like it was my order. So I'll call the manager. The manager said he would investigate it. This was in December. Still till today I haven't heard anything else from the manager so I write the service very poorly

If you know what a blue coconut CREAM slush is supposed to look like then you know that this is NOT it !!! The cup on the left is of what actually had a little bit of ice cream in it and in the left it is what is just slush. I didn’t ask or pay for a regular slush…. I wanted a blue coconut CREAM (which is ice cream) slush!!!!

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 2 milkshakes. I waited probably 10 minutes and then pushed the button again. They finally brought the milkshakes which were halfway melted. They brought spoons and no straws but as melted as they were I definitely needed straws.

After a long drive my little girl wanted Sonic for dinner. I ordered two burgers and chicken strips. when i got back to the hotel I found what looked like a short black pubic hair in the box with the chicken strips. when I returned to the store and spoke to the store manager he refused to refund my money even after he saw the pubic hair in my food. I had to argue with him for almost a half hour before he made the refund. totally unprofessional and very disgusting. I am refusing to go to any sonic after that terrible experience.
