I hate giving bad reviews but, I have quite literally never had my order come out correct at this location ??. I dont eat sonic often but today i was in a hurry. I order very simple things & usually never make accommodations. Just as is comes. However, this location is still so disappointing. :(Hope u get better soon. ❤️

I ordered chilli cheese tater tots, 4 piece cheese sticks and 3 piece cinnasnacks and all the food tasted like it was 3 days old the service sucked and they asked if I wanted ranch or marinara and I got neither with my cheese sticks and I didn’t get my cream cheese dip for the cinnisnacks either so I pushed the red button to ask for it and waited 10 min before I just said forget it and left because nobody answered

The workers there are amazing but there general manger is rude and should not be a manager all he does is criticize his employees he’s never inside that building he sits In stall 1 everyday I am there he’s lazy and does not do the job he should be

The food was stale and they got my order wrong. I ordered Buffalo popcorn chicken and got bbq and even those had very little sauce. They also forgot my marinara sauce for my mozzarella sticks. I’m very disappointed I spent $16 on that. I’ve also been sick to my stomach all night. I’m not sure if Sonic is to blame, but I won’t be revisiting this location.

While most Sonics are good this one does not focus on speed or responding. Sat in thendr8ve thru with no one in front or behind me for almost 10 minutes and still didn't get served. This is a location you should order through the app or at one of the stalls.

Waited 10 mins at a stall, then just went to drive through, sat there for 15 mins, nothing had to drive up to the window and place my order all in all waited a half an hr to get my food. Never be back there, Avoid this sonic.
